These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tanu TV / Tanuplay website, dashboard, subscription services, and related APIs (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You are responsible for ensuring your email address is accurate and accessible.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted using your account/session and purchase email.
• You must keep your device, mailbox, and credentials secure.

2. Service Description

Tanuplay currently offers subscription plans including:

• Ad-Free: Ad-Free coupon benefit for each successful billing cycle.

Feature names, pricing, and availability may change from time to time.

3. Billing, Payment, and Subscription

3.1 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing according to your selected plan, unless canceled.
• Applicable taxes/fees may apply depending on jurisdiction and processor settings.

3.2 Subscription Renewal and Lifecycle

• Subscriptions may renew automatically by billing cycle until canceled.
• Billing outcomes may include paid, failed, expired, refunded, canceled, or past due states.
• Benefit issuance is tied to successful billing events.

3.3 Payment Failures and Expiration

• If payment fails or checkout expires, access and benefit issuance may be delayed, limited, or unavailable.
• We may retry billing and/or await processor outcomes according to provider behavior.

3.4 Refunds and Chargebacks

• Refund handling follows applicable law, payment processor rules, and our internal risk/compliance review.
• Where a full refund is processed, we may suspend, revoke, or invalidate corresponding service benefits to the extent permitted by law.
• Abuse, fraud, or policy violations may affect refund eligibility.

4. Benefit Issuance and Redemption Rules

4.1 Ad-Free Coupon Benefit

• For each successful eligible billing cycle, one Ad-Free coupon benefit may be issued.
• The validity period of the Ad-Free coupon benefit is 7 days.
• Coupon validity, redemption method, and usage outcomes may depend on app-side and system-side verification.
• Coupon delivery channels may include success page display and/or transactional email.

4.2 One-Per-Period / Non-Transfer Rules

Unless otherwise required by law or stated in writing:

• Benefits/codes are non-transferable and not for resale.
• Benefits/codes are not redeemable for cash.
• Once delivered/claimed/revealed, replacement is not guaranteed for user-side loss, disclosure, theft, or misuse.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or third-party rights.
• Attempt unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or disruption of Services.
• Circumvent security controls, claim controls, or rate limits.
• Submit false identity/payment/attribution information.
• Abuse promotions, benefit issuance, or refund mechanisms.

We may investigate and take action, including suspension or termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and materials in the Services are owned by or licensed to Tanu TV/Tanuplay and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant ownership rights to you.

7. Service Availability and Changes

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Planned/unplanned maintenance, provider outages, and network conditions may affect availability.

8. Communications

By using the Services, you consent to receive service-related communications (for example purchase confirmations, subscription notices, login/security notices, and benefit-related notices) by email.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described there.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We do not warrant that services, emails, codes, or external redemption endpoints will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tanu TV/Tanuplay and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/revenue/data/goodwill arising from or related to the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable subscription period that gave rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tanu TV/Tanuplay and related parties from claims, damages, liabilities, and costs arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately, with or without notice, if:

• You breach these Terms.
• We detect fraud, abuse, or security risk.
• Required by law, court order, or provider policy.

Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive (including payment, IP, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute sections).

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law as determined by our operating entity and mandatory consumer protection law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we update:

• We will revise the Last Updated date.
• Material changes may be communicated through additional notice where legally required.

Continued use of the Services after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
